ZEMPHI supports General Management and Human Resources Departement in the preparation of transformation or restructuring projects through the implementation of operational strategies responding to legal, HR, social, human and communication issues:

PARTNER - FOUNDER

Pierre Imbert has over 11 years of experience in restructuring consulting. His areas of intervention are the management and preparation of socially sensitive transformation projects (strategic diagnosis, drafting of legal documentation Book I and Book II, analysis of the workload and working conditions, diagnosis of psycho-social risks,...).
He works in the industrial (automotive, aeronautics, metallurgy, energy, etc.), agri-food and pharmaceutical sectors, as well as in the service sector (banking, events, engineering).

Over the last few years, he has notably worked on divestitures in the banking sector and rationalization of the industrial footprint of an agrofood company.
Graduated from EDHEC Business School with a specialization in corporate finance, Pierre has developed a real entrepreneurial spirit.
At 37 years old and soon to have four children, he is fond of rugby and particularly enjoys outdoor activities (DIY and gardening). He is a fan of comics and absurd humor.
