The group, established in 4 European countries, is owned by an Asian shareholder:

  • It is faced with significant overcapacity in production

  • He lost a major contract with a car manufacturer (platform)

 

Content of the mission

  • Feasibility study of a multi-site reorganization in Europe

    • Identification of the scope concerned and choice of the industrial scenario

    • Cost assessment

    • Definition of the timetable (preparation, announcement and implementation)

  • Preparation of the associated legal documentation (economic justification and detailed presentation of the project and its terms)

  • Support in internal and external communication (staff representative bodies, public affairs, etc.)

  • Support for decision-making on the choice of the industrial scenario: reorganization of 3 sites without closing resulting in the elimination of more than 250 positions

  • Successful implementation of the project on time and on cost
